Goal:
Monitoring of court cases for the protection of women’s rights in civil proceedings, as well as their enforcement under the Civil Procedure Code and Family Code and fair trial rights.

April 10-October 10, 2023.
Project tasks:
- Monitor and analyze court hearings in civil proceedings;
- Conduct an online rapid survey of CAJS member judges to obtain feedback to assess current law enforcement practices;
- Identify the main problems faced by judges in protecting women’s rights in civil proceedings;
- Provide monitoring results for discussion with stakeholders and develop recommendations to relevant government bodies;
- Update the universal trial-monitoring methodology.
