Goal:
Assisting in promoting the rule of law in the legislative activities of state bodies, including the interagency expert group on the inventory of normative legal acts, and improving the quality of adopted laws through the involvement of civil society organizations in this process.
Expected results and accomplishments:
- To provide quality legal support in drafting legislation and legal expertise on fundamental or priority laws of the legal system in the process of inventorying regulations.
- Ensuring inclusiveness in drafting legislation and legal review of the fundamental laws of the legal system.
- Increasing the capacity of civil society institutions to participate in legislative activities.
